('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) From what I've seen generally these errors are caused by browsers that insist on adding trailing garbage to the end of files, when they are downloaded by "left clicking" them.
Unless you have already, try "right clicking" and choose "save as" or "save target as".
Also before attempting to download the file again, delete the old copy AND dump your browser cache AND reboot your computer to flush the memory buffers(just to be safe if using windoze)........as sometimes a copy will hide in the "cache or buffers??" and you'll get the same corrupted file a second time.
