Thanks, Jef: I know this nice text. In the past, I setup a similar fax
server. The basic trick is the declare (in Win*) the network-printer
as "postscript printer": in this way, the printer job is pure text.
A script, in the server side, may intercept the string TEL: of FAX:,
embedded in the text, to extract the telephone number and to activate
faxing.
This can be done also in muLinux, without Gosthscript: it is enough
to install a Postscript->G3fax converter.
