Ok, you are traslating "complain" as "bug-report", ok ok.
But complaining in the free-software community is different that
simply say "this service is not a service at all".
Free-Software is *not* a service. It is cooperation. The bug-report itself
is only a basic form of the cooperation; the better is to join in the
improvement. I know, this is utopia sometimes, but politeness, kindness is
a requirement *minimal*.
