If you want less interruption: you can try blocking the following
extensions on attachment types: .com, .exe, .bat, .scr, .dll,
.png, .jpg, .gif, .eml (That will kill most MS viruses and
many kinds of spam. More can be killed by blocking all mail
with the text <IMG or <img in context-type:text/html)
