/usr/bin/vi is only a wrapper script; it call the EDITOR command.
EDITOR variable is defined in setup/misc. Using "setup -f misc" you
can define your default editor for every application.

I do not know how MC performs the searching. I never use it. Maybe,
using some external program like grep/find? If yes, we have some
problem, because grep/find in muLinux (with only floppy #1) doesn't
react as usual (they are simple emulations)
