Wish you to transport the addons using floppy disk??
Oh, they are *not* mountable: an addon contains a single big
compressed file.

You can copy in your hard-disk with:

                # cat /dev/fd0H1722 > my_file.tgz

But, why to copy it in hd?
You can explode in the HD with "setup -f addon-name".
