I'm uploading the BASE archive mulinux-11r6.tgz.

I also discovered why the bug wasn't detected in my test.
I only tested the new feature: i.e., muLinux in two floppy-disk.

In this case the bug disappears, because /bin/file can operate
with offset=0.

Thanx to Alfie for the fast report, also if it tried to use
Midnight Commander without the WKS mounted.
