I'm not an expert, but I think IO_PORT 0x220 0r 0x240 is related to
connector number used to plug in the ISA card.
You can know your PCI devices with "cat /proc/pci".
I, in my machine, can see only:
# two ethernet PCI controllers
# the video card
# a lot of bridge controllers
So, my vibra16 SB is an ISA device.
