Well, it could perhaps be an idea to make an initrd by copying all files
that are needed to a ext2 partition and make a tar file from that partition,
zip the tar file and then boot it as an initrd together with loadlin and the
kernel from the harddisk
question is: wich files to copie to an unused ext2 partition ?
I couldn't find the smbd file anywhere, but that might be my fault.
