Got the Practical Map Server source by email from Karl Goldstein today.
As the original distribution site mapserver.arsdigita.com seems
to be taken down by arsdigita I make the packet available here.

There was no version number, most source files are clearly marked
as being Free Software under the GNU GPL. 
I did not test or fully check the source nor the software.
