Polyxmassdata - Package containing the textual/graphical data needed to run 'polyxmass'

'polyxmassdata' is a platform-independent package containing all the textual/graphical data needed to run the polyxmass software. It contains configuration files describing polymer chemistry for various commonly found polymer types commonly found: protein, dna, rna, saccharides. These polymer chemistry definitions are examples; users should review them carefully to make sure that they fulfill their task in the best way.

A number of modules in the polyxmass software project are based on graphical displays of chemistry elements, like a polymer sequence is displayed in the form of a properly arranged array of monomer images. The graphics needed to display a polymer sequence graphically are contained in 'polyxmassdata'.

'polyxmassdata' is part of the 'polyxmass' package of Project GNU.
