Cpp2html - Converts C/C++ code to an HTML file

When given a source C/C++ file, the program produces an HTML source with syntax highlighting. As of June 12, this program will be part of the GNU program 'source-highlight' (http://www.gnu.org/software/src-highlite/) which is a collection of syntax highlighting programs by Lorenzo Bettini.
